Our Cancellation Philosophy

At Tripntravelusa, we act as a bridge between you and the world’s airlines. While we strive for flexibility, our policies are governed by the rules of the individual airlines. Standard Cancellation Rules

  • • Non-Refundable Fares: Most discounted tickets are non-refundable. If you cancel, we will work with the airline to secure a "Future Travel Credit" for you, minus airline penalty fees and our agency service fee.
  • • Refundable Fares: If you purchased a flexible/refundable ticket, refunds are processed back to the original payment method only.
  • • No-Shows: If you do not show up for your flight, the ticket is forfeited by the airline and no refund can be issued.

1. Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately. However, banks and credit card issuers can take 7 to 14 business days to reflect the credit on your statement.

The total price you see at checkout includes all government taxes and our Tripntravelusa Professional Service Fee.

  • • What the fee covers: This fee allows us to provide 24/7 support, price-match monitoring, and post-booking assistance (like seat selection or meal requests).
  • • Non-Refundable Nature: Our service fees are considered "earned" at the time of booking and are non-refundable, even if the travel service itself is canceled or refunded by the airline.
  • • Billing Descriptor: Your credit card statement will show a charge from Tripntravelusa LLC. In some cases, you may see two separate charges (one for the airline fare and one for our service fee), but the total will never exceed the price quoted

4. "Price Match Promise"

If you find a lower price for the exact same itinerary (same flight numbers, dates, and fare class) on a major US competitor site (Expedia, Priceline, Orbitz) within 2 hours of booking with us, Tripntravelusa will either match the price or allow you to cancel your booking for a full refund.

Currency- Charges & fares are payable in any currency perfect to the carrier. When payment is made in any currency apart from the currency wherein the fare is published, such price will be made at the price of exchange established according to Carriers/Credit Card Companies/ Banking rules. These rules can even apply to tickets bought and refunds processed.

All Airline Refunds/Future Credits are subject to each airline fare rules, policies and procedures

Service fees will be converted in your local currency on the payment page.

Passenger types: Adult, child, senior, infant, student, military.

Service fees on all changes, refunds, cancellations and future credits will be charged on a per passenger, per ticket basis.

Like our transaction service fees (booking fees), all post-ticketing service fees are non-refundable and are subject to change without notice. Our fees are in addition to any airline and/or other supplier imposed fees and charges.

Government imposed taxes and fees are subject to change. You will only be charged the final total amount displayed or quoted by our agent.

1.Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Only available if our Travel Suppliers fare rules allow cancellation and refunds, and we have accepted your request for a refund, you are not a no show (most no show bookings are in-eligible for any waiver from suppliers for refund processing), and if we are able to secure waivers from suppliers to process this requested cancellation and refund.

2.Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline Refunds/Future credits are subject to airline fare rules, policies and procedures.

3.Special Services All Special Services are on a request basis ONLY and are subject to each airline's review and approval process along with their fare rules, policies, and procedures. Special Service Fees will be charged upon the provision of the service(s) and will only be refunded if the request is denied by the airline.

Name Misspelling: Passengers name on their airline ticket does not match their passport or other universally accepted government ID.

Visa/Passport: A Visa/Passport decline letter is normally required in order to process a request.

Baggage: Please retain all receipts and baggage tags.

No- Show: Documentation advising why you were unable to make your scheduled departure will be required.

Denied Boarding: Documentation as why you were denied boarding of your scheduled departure will be required.

Duplicate Tickets: Copies of all tickets reflecting exact identical itineraries booked with us will be required in order to process a refund request.
